Regional Meetings Are Back!
About Regional Meetings
We are thrilled to bring Regional Meetings back in 2024! This March, join your colleagues and peers in at one of our six Regional Meetings. We will network, discuss regional challenges and brainstorm collaborative solutions, and hear a bit about what Meals on Wheels Texas is up to in 2024.
Why attend a Regional Meeting?
We believe that regional challenges are better tackled when we work together, sharing our unique strengths and capabilities to achieve collective effort. Your program’s unique strength could help a program nearby understand how to more effectively serve the older adults and people with disabilities in their area - or - You might uncover a solution to your frustrating organizational challenge by hearing from other CEOs who have been there before!
Who should attend?
Whether you are a current member or not, you are an important part of our network. Regional Meetings are FREE for members and non-members. Dates and times vary based on location. You and your team can register for the meeting location that works best for you, regardless of your region. However, each regional meeting will follow the same agenda which includes:
- Networking to build connections, share challenges, and develop regional capacity for problem-solving
- Updates on statewide Meals on Wheels issues and advocacy efforts that impact your program
- An update on our statewide data collection initiative, our learnings so far, and its potential value to your program
How do I select the right Regional Meeting?
Please attend whichever Regional Meeting that is most convenient for you, regardless of your region.
